In business advisory we work in strategy, marketing, service development, scaling, pivoting- you name it. But the approach is wildly different from many out there- we source you as the one with the answers, so everything we do is entirely bespoke and custom-tailored to you.

This is where we can work more deeply beyond the ordinary conscious processing of the mind. Clients come for help with blocks and challenges, lining up with goals/visions, navigating transitions, understanding themselves better, and to support their mental health. The main focus is that we work with the body, physiology, nervous system and whole energetic being that you are for the most profound outcomes.

For advisory we either work together one meeting at a time or inside of a multi-month retainer. I meet with clients at my office, by location or virtually. I may also travel throughout the U.S. for more in-depth support.

My private practice is located in Phoenix, AZ, and we usually work together through in-depth sessions inside of a plan we establish during our consult.

I began practicing Chinese medicine in 2015, opened my own practice in 2017 and branched out into coaching and consulting for founders and leaders in 2020. I closed my businesses in 2025 during a sabbatical-like experience to integrate, process and synthesize my 15 years of experience it has taken me to get here. I reopened in 2026.

I often work with deeply-feeling, inspired and passionate people. They’ve been on a mission for more and better for themselves, their lives and in what they offer the world in their work. They are intuitively-centered and are usually following what feels like a vision, calling, purpose.

What has always mattered most, though, is that we feel like a good fit. We click, there is resonance, insights flow, and we have fun… even if we’re working with something challenging. It’s the best kind of partnership.
